This is a civil rights action filed in the name of "Jane Doe and Rebecca Roe," brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 against the Hale Hospital (a public hospital operated by the City of Haverhill, Massachusetts), the hospital Director and the members of the Board of Trustees of the Haverhill Municipal Hospitals. Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked on the basis of 28 U.S.C.A. § 1343 and 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 2201...
