OPINION

YOUNG, Justice.

This is a suit on a sworn account brought by Ryman Well Service, Inc. against Vahlsing Christina Corporation for reworking and testing an abandoned and plugged gas well. Vahlsing, in its sworn answer, denied that the prices in the account set forth in the petition were agreed to. Trial was to a jury. The controlling issue submitted for the jury to determine was ". . . the agreed price for the services rendered and material furnished...
