This action involved an accident wherein Plaintiff, Neil A. Holmgren, became entangled in the auger of a Model #44 Massey Ferguson 4 row cornhead, which resulted in serious injuries to Plaintiff. Plaintiff brought this action for damages against defendant, Massey-Ferguson, Inc.
