This is a civil action arising out of a loan of the sum of $320.70 made by the defendant Beneficial Finance Company of Hoxsie to the plaintiff, Veronica Fisher.

The plaintiff in the first count of her complaint alleges that the defendant, in connection with said loan, violated the provisions of the "Truth-in-Lending Act" (Consumer Credit Protection Act, 82 Stat. 146), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and certain Regulations...
