Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, Petitioner seeks to be released from a sentence imposed by the Delaware Superior Court, and affirmed by the Delaware Supreme Court.1 He claims to have been denied the Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial, made applicable to the States by the Fourteenth Amendment,2 as the result of a four year delay between conviction and sentencing...
