On February 5, 1971, plaintiff Arthur R. Mikowski was arraigned on a charge of first-degree murder,1 at which time he stood mute. On November 4, 1971, plaintiff was rearraigned on an amended information which included, in addition to the murder count, a count for robbery armed.2 At that time plaintiff pled guilty to the robbery armed count.
