FICKLING, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered by the court below in favor of appellee upon appellant Leroyal Graham's complaint that he suffered personal injuries as a result of appellee's negligence. We affirm.

The deposition established the following: Appellant, a 14-year-old, entered one of appellee's stores at approximately 5:30 p. m. on January 25, 1969; he had been sent there by his mother to purchase soap powder. Shortly...
