These two actions arise out of a dispute concerning an insurance policy issued by State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Company (hereinafter State Farm) to Andrew J. McGee and Cornelia McGee (hereinafter McGees) covering a dwelling formerly owned by and occupied by the McGees. The McGees, Kenneth Ray Crawford, Don Newton and W. O. Powers are all citizens and residents of Florence County...
