Petitioner, a Federal prisoner, has filed in this Court a Motion for Injunctive and Other Relief in which he asks that Respondents be prohibited from treating him different from other prisoners. He complains that he was transferred from the Federal prison in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, to the Federal Reformatory at El Reno, Oklahoma for disciplinary reasons and further that he was placed in disciplinary segregation in the El Reno...
