This is a suit brought by an inmate of the Connecticut Correctional Institution at Cheshire, challenging on due process grounds the procedures used by the State to determine whether he is to receive compensation for injuries sustained in a shop accident. He seeks an order entitling him to an administrative hearing, and, in effect, is moving to enjoin the operation of the compensation statute, Conn.Gen.Stat....
