In this class action plaintiffs allege that the procedures of the adjustment committee at the Federal Correctional Institution at Milan, Michigan (Milan) deprive the plaintiffs of liberty and property without due process of law in violation of the fifth amendment of the Constitution.1 Plaintiffs contend that three distinct deprivations occur: (1) Inmates' liberty is further restricted...
