In December 1971, 14 years after the events of which he complained, appellant David Weinberger filed a two-count complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In Count I it was alleged that Retail Credit Company and International Business Machines Corporation had conspired with each other "to interfere with [Weinberger's] potential business and employment relationship" with IBM by the use of a preemployment...
