Involuntary bankruptcy proceedings were filed against Unikraft Homes of Virginia, Inc. on April 10, 1972, and following an unsuccessful attempt to convert the proceeding into a reorganization under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, Unikraft Homes was adjudicated a bankrupt on June 20, 1972. At the first meeting of the creditors, held on July 26, 1972, a trustee was appointed and was ordered to sell all of the property...
