This is an appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict returned October 22, 1971, in Yellowstone County, in favor of plaintiff Charles A. Hutchins and against defendant Blood Services of Montana. Hutchins claimed Blood Services negligently caused him to contract serum hepatitis.
