This is an action by a number of homeowners against two savings and loan associations, Jefferson Federal Savings & Loan Association, and Montgomery Federal Savings and Loan Association; and a finance company, Atlas Subsidiaries of Delaware, Inc. Each plaintiff has a note and deed of trust held by one of the defendants. The Atlas trusts are second trusts and the trusts of the Association are first trust notes...
