Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

FEATHERSTON, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency of $5,781.71 in petitioner's 1967 Federal income tax and an addition to tax of $289.09 under section 6653(a).1 The issues are: (1) whether petitioner had unreported taxable gambling income in 1967, and, if so, in what amount, and (2) whether the addition to tax under section 6653(a) is applicable.
