This is an action pursuant to the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The decision rendered by an administrative law judge on January 11, 1973, became the final decision of the Secretary when the Appeals Council denied plaintiff's request for review, on March 12, 1973.
