Defendant-appellant was charged by affidavit with the crime of armed robbery. He was arrested, arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty. This was followed by several pre-trial motions of the defendant-appellant, one of which was a motion to suppress pre-trial identification evidence and on which evidence was heard and the court's refusal to suppress pre-trial identification evidence is one of the errors...
