On February 11, 1959 plaintiff, Gladys Spaulding, was granted a divorce from defendant, Boyd Spaulding. She was awarded custody of their two daughters, Cynthia, born September 25, 1954 and Sandra, born January 9, 1957. Defendant was ordered to pay $43.33 per month per child "until said youngsters attain the age of twenty-one (21), marry, are emancipated or die, whichever event occurs first, and in that event, said support be reduced accordingly...
