This is an appeal from a decree of a judge of the Probate Court for Norfolk County upon the trustees' petition for instructions.

Louis S. Koufman (the decedent) died on August 2, 1965. He was survived by his widow, Jeanne O. Kaufman, four children by a prior marriage, and a grandson James Koufman, the son of the decedent's deceased son Joseph. Louis Koufman had been successful in the construction business and eventually, as a real estate developer...
