This appeal concerns the admissibility of evidence of acts tending to show the commission of a crime other than the crime charged in the information and the defendant's claim that the judge is obliged sua sponte to caution the jury against the misuse of such evidence.
Robelto DerMartzex was charged and convicted of assault with intent to commit rape. The Court of Appeals affirmed.
