OPINION

BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Bill Jackson, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-72-33, of the offense of Concealing Stolen Property, After Former Conviction of a Felony, and sentenced to five (5) years imprisonment. Judgment and sentence was imposed on March 20, 1972, and this appeal perfected therefrom.
