PER CURIAM.

An appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants below. Plaintiff had alleged that the individual defendants (members of the State Highway Patrol) and the Wilson Trailer Co. had conspired to unlawfully seize a livestock trailer belonging to the plaintiff and deliver it to the trailer company.
