Plaintiff, Maurie M. Green, brings this action against two corporations, a defunct corporation, an officer of one of the going corporations, and a securities salesman, for alleged violations of Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. 15 U.S.C. § 78j; 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5.
