This suit was brought by Custom Leasing, Inc., against Texas Bank & Trust Company of Dallas for recovery of monies alleged to have been paid by reason of either mutual mistake or through false representation for release of a chattel mortgage. On a jury verdict judgment was entered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff.
