ODOM, Judge.

This appeal is from a conviction for the offense of murder. Punishment was assessed at seventy years.

The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged. Suffice it to say that the record reflects that on March 30, 1970, appellant and two other men burglarized the private residence of a sixty-seven year old woman.
