This case is brought by the Secretary of Labor against the defendant corporation alleging violations of Sections 15(a)(2) and 15(a)(5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq.), and was tried to the court without a jury on the 10th day of July, 1973.
