Gettleman, a 28-year-old law school graduate, has been employed at the State Correctional Institution at Pittsburgh (Penitentiary) in the capacity of school teacher and notary public. At the above civil action number, he filed a complaint for declaratory judgment, injunctive relief, and damages, naming five Penitentiary officials and the Acting Commissioner of the Bureau of Corrections as defendants...
