This matter is before the court to review an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commission vacating an award made August 2, 1968, arising out of an injury sustained by respondent, Fayetta Turner, on September 25, 1964. The issue of whether the employee has made a prima facie showing that she had suffered "substantial additional disability" is close, and this court is divided on the question.
