This case arose out of a car-pedestrian accident which occurred near the intersection of East Seventh Street and East Main Street in Weiser, Idaho. At about 6:00 p.m. on December 4, 1969, plaintiff-appellant Thaddeus Pridgen was struck by a motor vehicle owned by defendants-respondents John E. Lewallen and Barbara I. Lewallen.
