This is a stockholder derivative action, brought by The First National Bank of Alliance, Ohio, and one George Sanor, former shareholders in defendant The Fidelity National Life Insurance Company, on behalf and for said company. Plaintiffs, in their amended complaint, allege various violations of federal and state law by eighteen corporate officers and directors, and in consequence of these claimed violations...
