This is an appeal from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board granting benefits to the claimant- appellee.

On June 2, 1961 claimant Sam Davis injured his back at his place of employment, John B. Kelly Co., Inc. A hearing was held before a referee appointed by the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board and an award for total permanent disability...
