PER CURIAM.

Gary Combs pleaded not guilty to the affidavit which charged him with raping his thirty-eight year old mother-in-law. A jury returned a verdict of guilty, and Gary Combs was sentenced to not less than two (2) nor more than twenty-one (21) years. His motion to correct errors presents these issues for our review on appeal:
