Plaintiff appeals from judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the defendants.

The plaintiff brought this action seeking recovery of damages for the death of his son, Robert M. Seney. The action is on behalf of himself as an individual, and as the administrator of the decedent's estate, as well as on behalf of the decedent's two brothers.
