Ruth Patterson Franklin appeals from a judgment in a suit by her to quiet title and partition real property located in York-town, Indiana. She claims title through a 1898 deed to her father, Thomas A. Patterson, which, upon his death, established a co-tenancy among the children of Thomas A. Patterson. Appellant's sister, Blanche Patterson Kilgore was such a co-tenant, and she and her husband went into occupancy of the realty at the death of Thomas...
