These are appeals by the County of Lancaster, two townships and two school districts from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of that county striking from the assessment rolls additional assessments made for the years 1965, 1966 and 1967 against the real property of Philadelphia Electric Company ("PECO") acquired by it for a project known as the Muddy Run Pumped Storage Hydro-Electric Project which was under construction...
