Petitioner, Louis Testamark, is presently incarcerated in Green Haven Correctional Facility, Stormville, New York, pursuant to a judgment of conviction rendered in Supreme Court, New York County. A jury found Testamark guilty of the crimes of robbery in the first degree, petit larceny, possession of a weapon as a felony and attempted assault in the second degree.
