Plaintiff Leonard Calkins brought suit against the defendant Boeing Company seeking damages for use by the defendant of three computer programs designed and suggested by the plaintiff while he was an employee of the defendant. The trial court granted the motion for summary judgment made by the defendant and the plaintiff appeals.
