BOOCHEVER, Justice.

On June 13, 1968, appellant's intestate,1 Paul Larman, was electrocuted when a crane he was operating came into close proximity or contact with transmission lines owned and maintained by appellee Kodiak Electric Association (hereinafter KEA).
