The defendant, Angelo D. Canino, was charged in an information with two counts of theft. 1967 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-5-2. He was given a copy of the information and plead not guilty to the theft charges. He also plead not guilty to a series of other charges which were also pending against him.
