McGOWAN, Circuit Judge:

In 1967, appellant pled guilty to a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, 22 D.C.Code § 502. The District Court suspended imposition of the sentence and placed Joyner on probation for five years. Appellant was arrested in June, 1970, and charged with larceny from the mails, possession of stolen mail, and carrying a deadly weapon.
