ALMOND, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of claims 1-5 and 8-10 of appellant's application.1 Claims 6 and 7 have been allowed. We affirm.

The invention relates to a vehicle electrical system having at least two batteries charged by a common generator. One of the batteries is used to start the vehicle engine and is usually referred to in the claims and specification...
