TURK, District Judge.

Petitioner is presently serving a twenty-eight (28) year sentence for robbery imposed on May 26, 1966, by the Corporation Court for the City of Danville, Virginia. Petitioner's several habeas corpus petitions filed in the state court were denied after a hearing on September 5, 1968, and on January 19, 1970. The Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals affirmed such denial by the lower state court. Having exhausted his state remedies...
