The Colorado State Board of Pharmacy (Board) suspended for twelve days the pharmacy license of Central Drug, Inc., doing business as Sheridan Drug. The Board determined that Sheridan Drug had substituted and mislabeled drugs in violation of 1969 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 48-1-19(1)(i) and (j).
