A jury convicted the defendant of dispensing dangerous drugs (1969 Perm. Supp., C.R.S.1963, 48-8-2), conspiracy to dispense dangerous drugs (C.R.S.1963, 40-7-35), and carrying a concealed weapon (1965 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-11-1). He was sentenced to the penitentiary. On appeal he asserts that police undercover agents entrapped him and induced him to commit the drug offenses in issue. He claims that the trial court erred in not granting a judgment...
