Bowers appeals to this Court from adverse judgment of the District Court of Campbell County, Wyoming, denying her benefits claimed to be due her as the result of the death of her alleged husband, Thomas Ira Bowers. Although both the employer and Wyoming State Treasurer appeared as objectors in the trial of the case, no brief has been filed in behalf of the employer and only the Treasurer has appeared...
