Lyman Nichols appeals from an October 1972 modification of a 1969 child custody decree. The parties to the action, Lyman Nichols, Jr. (Lyman) and Kathryn Adelle (Nichols) Mattison (Kay), were married in November 1956. The marriage was terminated by a decree of divorce issued in the Superior Court for the State of Alaska, Third Judicial District, October 24, 1969.
