This is an anti-trust action in which jurisdiction is based on 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, 15, 26 with an amount in controversy in excess of $10,000 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331.

Plaintiffs are attorneys engaged in the practice of law in East Baton Rouge Parish. The defendants are building and loan associations, (referred to as homesteads in Louisiana) who are chartered under the laws of Louisiana...
