This suit arises out of three loans made by the United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, (hereinafter Plaintiff), to Harold E. Carson and wife, Ann Carson, (hereinafter Defendants), on July 20, 1949. The three loans were in the amount of $2,700.00, $1,200.00 and $3,900.00.
