This is a class action for declaratory and injunctive relief brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1981-83 and 28 U.S.C. A. §§ 1361, 2201-02. The plaintiffs are Navajo Indian children, who, through their parents, are suing in their own behalf and in behalf of all other Indian students who attend schools in the Gallup-McKinley County School District.
